Requirements
ACCEL is open to all students who have promoted to the 6th grade or higher prior to applying. Students must not be currently suspended or expelled from another school.
Costs and Fees
ACCEL is a tuition-free public charter school.
Students will pay a fee for the costs of science labs, technology use, and textbooks. Financial assistance may be available to help cover the costs of these fees.
HOW TO APPLY
Admissions Process
Students and families may apply to ACCEL by using our Power School Enrollment Lottery registration system.
Applicants received during the lottery period will have the ability to have priority applied to them if they are over aged or under credited. A meeting with enrollment staff will be scheduled to verify information. Once the records are processed, they will be selected through a random process, until all available seats are filled.
Applicants received outside the lottery period will be contacted by the school to setup a meeting with enrollment staff.
If students meet enrollment requirements, they will receive a seat acceptance email that will ask you to choose to accept or reject the seat to join the school.
If there are no current seats available, students will be placed on a waiting list.
Applicants that accepted the offer will receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment with a special link to access the Registration form. You will be able to start filling out all the information and upload documents.
Returning Students
You will receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment with instructions on accessing your PowerSchool Parent Portal to access the Registration tile to begin the process. This will need to be done for every student.
ACCEL is currently accepting applications for the 2024-2025 School Year. We are currently in the lottery phase of enrollment.
